One method is in the attached ipt file

15 holes seems a bit strange, just means that you cant create 4 holes mirror to get 8 and then mirror again to compete the holes

i would recommend to use hole Feature

on Point Method

Why in sketch 5 are there 20 ponts for the holes? But you ask about 15 holes, I'm just a bit puzzled that's all.

It's alot simpler to create a set of even numbered holes on this type of flange

I also tried a different methord, to the one in the answer that I first gave, as well as the rectangular pattern, as can be seen in the attached I got some holes in slightly differnent position with the two metehords

Thanks for the help. In regards with the holes you correct but i am still playing around trying to learn the way to get the holes at the angle and witht he quickest method

I will see if i can get the rectangle to work
