topic Insert and constrain a subassembly in Inventor Forum

In the tutorials for Inventor 2014, the PART 2 tutorial to be precise. I get to the INSERT AND CONSTRAIN A SUBASSEMBLY section of the tutorial, when I have a problem. Instruction number 13 says to start the constrain command and accept the default settings. I select the center of each hole specified and click OK. The front of the subassembly dives below the base. This shouldn't happen because I already constrained it per the previous instructions. I have repeated the instructions numerous times, but always get the same result. Thanks for any help. I commented at the bottom of the tutorial page about this, but I never get a response from Autodesk.
