    <description>&lt;P&gt;To recreate my problem, do this:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Create an Assembly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Create offset Plane from any of the 3 Origin planes, 1" for example.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Try to move the new Work Plane.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is not set to Auto Resize and it is not Grounded.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Edit: I just noticed that once I create the Work Plane using the "Offset from Plane" command, I can delete the constrain from the model tree. Once the constraint is deleted, I can move the plane around. It must be linked to the origin plane somehow.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
