    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks JD, I will certainly try it next time but being in Singapore and subjected to the time zone differences doesn't help matters. I often find the forums the best course of action.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;While i do my utmost to accept the complexities that Autodesk must face regarding licensing, i feel a simple 1 desk end user like myself is subjected to a cascade of verification and passwords and the like.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How much easier was it when we purchased the DVD's with password ...1 request and authorization code ..Problem solved and i could get on with my work.&lt;SPAN style="line-height: 15px;"&gt;( which is what i purchased the software for of course)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It may have improved now ( i certainly hope so) but the Autodesk online system a few months back simply couldn't comprehend that the system administrator of my subscription and the 1 desk user were one and the same person .....me. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Truly frustrating&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Phil&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
