    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Jessica&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You may assume that users of autodesk products and certainly most members that post to your forum enjoy a modicum of common sense.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please take some time to investigate the issue . Rolling out a stock answer from your &amp;nbsp;no doubt endless, list of "at least reply then they feel part of the community" statements doesnt hack it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have the opportunity, go and visit a user and without any coaching from your good self ask them to access the autodesk system and "contact autodesk" &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hopefully such an experience would teach you first hand what a frustrating experience it can be at times.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Phil&lt;/P&gt;</description>
