&lt;P&gt;I'm not understanding your question exactly..&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;But here is what I do for indicating paint masking areas on sheet metal parts.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I simply sketch the shape in the ipt file of what will be masked then use "split" tool.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Then in the drawing I show that sketch in the view (get model sketches) and then simply dimension to it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
