how to make a rotation animation in inventor studio around an axis

I have this "tupe" whit brushes placed in the body. I need to make an rotation animation on, but I can´t figure out how I do it. I have searched on google, and youtube, but I can find anything helpfull. Can someone help me, by telling me how, or linking to a video or something other that could help

Constrain two planes by a angle constraint.

1st one a plane from part 1

2nd a plane from part two.
