&lt;P&gt;Years ago I was researching a product and the vendor set up a phone conversation with another customer who was using the product just like we would be doing.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; All I heard is how bad the product was and the customer kept asking the sales contact when were these issues would be fixed. &amp;nbsp; Funny how the demo showed their product was so great.. &amp;nbsp; From that moment, I stopped researching that given product.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Its VERY rare to find a sales guy that will actually tell people about "the bad" of a program or piece of equipment or whatever.&lt;/P&gt;
