&lt;P&gt;The behavior you are experiencing is caused by a bug in older Inventor releases. Unfortunatelly this can't be fixed. However you can try following workaround:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. Open drawing in Defer Updates mode&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. For each view change view justification setting to Fixed (Edit View -&amp;gt; Display Options tab -&amp;gt; View Justification)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3. Save drawing&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;4. Enable Updates (Documents Settings -&amp;gt; uncheck Defer Updates)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There still may be some views which shift in sheet, but that's depends on case by case. Some view types don't support Fixed view justification.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
