https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/inventor-forum/inventor-2016-adaptivity-issue/m-p/5845088#M358391 <P>Although I already have a workaround for this problem, I was trying to determine the root cause.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>I have this assembly that I was projecting some mounting holes (12 of them) from my parts in a single sketch.&nbsp; Everything worked fine.&nbsp; A day later I discovered I missed two of them so I went back in and edited my sketch.&nbsp;&nbsp; When I go to project these two holes, no adaptivity is created and&nbsp; the project geometry is automatically assigned the "ground" constraint".&nbsp;&nbsp; If I project something else, same results.&nbsp;&nbsp; However if I exit the sketch and create a brand new sketch I can project and create the adaptivty of all 14 mounting holes.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Just in case someone ask, this is an assembly I can not share (even screen shots)..&nbsp;</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Anybody seen this before?</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Using Inventor 2016 RTM Update 2.</P> Mon, 05 Oct 2015 13:59:10 GMT Mark.Lancaster 2015-10-05T13:59:10Z
