Depending on modelled part/assembly, being able to change/adjust the size of the arrows would be beneficial.

Sometimes on bigger models 40'x40'x40' (12mx12mx12m)

I have found that rotating the model completely around 360 degrees, that the arrow(s) come into view and they can be very small compared to model-hard to see,

I seem to remember in earlier releases the arrows were often large compared to the model-Often being too large, but at least you could see them

Perhaps we need a button/key/option to show arrow a larger arrow - like magnify so we can narrow in to the part in question and mainly fix any broken constraints.

Alternatively, have an option to use tiny, small, medium, large, very large or auto-size arrows from the options settings - so we can adjust depending on the size of project being considered

Arrows and faces being colo(u)red is quite helpful as well.
