Import STEP - File Names change

HI!

In previous Inventor versions, when importing steps, Inventor maintained the file names of the parts in assembly browser three.

In the current released (2016), inventor give a numeration to the assemblys and parts, tottally different od the padrt name and part number... and this is super annoying.

When open or importing the "options" button is greyed... we don't have a way to configure nothing...

The question is:

Can we open step files like in the previous versions?

(and also... why Autodesk waste time changing what is working good, and don't save this time to resolve the bugs that stand for years?)
