      <title>Cant find how to upgrade Inventor 2016 to R2/R3</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently installed IV 2016 as part of Factory Suite Premium. I had Product Design Ultimate 2015 before (it is still installed) Updated to SP1 through Application manager. Trying to udate to R2 and later to R3. Going through subscription account management. I only get full download for the product and no updates. All the posts I have seen show that threre should be updates tab in product downloads but my page does not look the same. Tried Crome and IE - same thing. Other subsscription services work ok.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;I an trying to attach screenshot&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Not sure how you got there but that's the old Autodesk Subscription center..&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Are you sure you are using the Autodesk Account site now: &lt;A href="https://accounts.autodesk.com/LogOn" target="_blank"&gt;https://accounts.autodesk.com/LogOn&lt;/A&gt; and then product updates&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes I did. I brings me back to Autodesk account management page which says: "&lt;SPAN&gt;There are no updates available for your Products at this time". My "about" help says Inventor 2016 SP1&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;YOu have SP1 installed..&amp;nbsp; So as mdavis22569 pointed out, are you on an active maintenance or desktop subscription for your product?&amp;nbsp; If not then you are not entitled to R2/R3.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Are you a student?&amp;nbsp; If that's the case, students are not entitled to it either.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Here is how I get there. I clicked on your link. That takes me to Autodes Account page. I click on Management tab. Then select Product Updates. It comes empty and says the following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;"Updates to Suites can be found in the Product Details from any Suite on the &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://manage.autodesk.com/cep/#products-services" target="_blank"&gt;Product &amp;amp; Services&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; page"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Following that link it jumps to&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All Products &amp;amp; Services&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;scroll all the way to the bottom and click on&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Download Products bar&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That brings up this old Subscription Center...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried on two different browsers&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I will check, but maybe my old subscribtion sevices for 2015 Product Suit Ultimate are showing instead of new suite. I dont know how to make sure which product subscrition center is considering active.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was able to upgrade to R2 and R3. I put in request in the Autodesk support and got case number. Next morning my Autodesk application manager showed R2 as available update and after installing that showed R3 as well. There is no problem with subscription status. My Autodesk account pages still don’t look like they are supposed to look anyway (I was told that this is old subscription center pages and I did try to erase all the browsing data and temp files). Despite that I will consider this matter solved - thank you everybody for trying to help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PS I clicked "check now" item at the Autodesk Application Manager right click menu - could that be the reason it worked?...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've got exactly the same problem so I guess I'll have to open a ticket too. &amp;nbsp;Looks like their web service is not updating as it should. &amp;nbsp;Maybe they should make an R4 to fix that...but then a couldn't download it haha.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nice how they treat their customers.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
