2016 R2 and R3

I keep getting emails talking about R2 and R3 now for Inventor 2016. I am on suscription and I cannot find them to download. What is up?

R2 is required to install R3

R2 includes SP 1 for Inventor 2016

Do you use the "Autodesk Application Manager" that runs in your Windows notification area.. You should be using it as it keeps you up to date..

I use the manager and it shows nothing, says i am up to date. When i go online to the suscription center it does not show the updates. I think my installation is corrupt or something.

Install per the 2nd link I sent above.. Thats the direct link to R3 update

Or maybe you are up to date already...What does Inventor say.. Mine says Build: 210, Release Sp1 Tues 10/13/2015 and Autodesk Inventor Professional 2016 R3 shows in my installed programs via control panel..programs

Do not see that. The update 1 and 2 for Inventor professional but not the R2 or R3

If you go to Billing and Orders (Subscription) section of that page does it show you still have an active subscription account?

Sounds like either something is wrong with your account or you aren't on subscription so you don't have access to R2/R3.

Not a student are you?

I wouldn't think your program installation has any problems.. Just your account..

Maybe contact Autodesk support or create a trouble ticket for them to investigate..
