can't see green mid point

I can's see the green mid point.

The file is attached.

have you gone thru the basic Tutorials provided in Inventor, or training with your local reseller?

But have you gone thru the basic's first..

Explain exactly what you are trying to do.

You must be in an active command for the snap points to appear.

For example, in the Line command or in the Sketch Point command.

Is the geometry you are trying to snap to in the current sketch?

If not, you will need to Project Geometry to get it into the sketch before you will be able to snap to it.
