Can this part created in Inventor 2015 be flattened ? If not is there some way to get it done ?

umm.. you posted a dxf file..

In general Inventor cannot create a flat pattern of that because its a compound bend..

In general Inventor can only flatten simple press braked parts and some basic roll formed parts..
