Welcome to the forum ..

There are quite a few different ways:

Subtract/Cut

Derive

Scuplt

Multi-body part

have you gone thru any of the tutorials? There should be some good examples there ...or you can google it and find a lot of Youtube, Screencast videos

https://www.google.com/search?q=hemisphere+low+relief&oq=hemisphere+low+relief&aqs=chrome..69i57&sourceid=chrome&es_sm=93&ie=UTF-8#q=inventor+multi+body+part+subtraction

This link has results showing most of the ones above that I listed.

if i have sphere in part mode, what is the best way to cut it? because as a separate part I use split tool but if part already have something and i want add this sphere, plane no passes through and can't select the cut line.. I can combine it in assembly, but seems it's not the best idea create separate part only for sphere=)

what i m doing wrong?

share what you have .... but why do you need to cut it ?

Maybe redraw it so you're on the origins. It's (in my opinion) to model from this area, it;'s giving you free planes, axis's and origin point.

You can make it from a revolve ..

You can do it with a multi body with each being a half.

If you want to remove from the half to the work plane

You can cut it from the top down, or you can make a rectangle/sq on the work plane and extrude cut it from the work plane out ...

Can use the split tool and make it 2 pieces...

Again, I would go to tutorials or YouTube videos and see how some the examples work.

Looking for boolean operation like cut of two shapes, because boolean subtract is not the way I think

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6JpK2bEJP-I

for example if I want cut difficult structure from one cube inside another to get something like cast and mold, or same, just cut intersected zone from one of two intersecting spheres?

you could derive subtract or sculpt

the subtract is what they did in the video

here is sculpt

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oQVkzfgrYM8

for what you're explaining ...I'd probably use sculpt ...but that's me
