Content Center saving to wrong location

I've come across an odd problem that I haven't seen before. I'm using IV 2016 with all updates and service packs. When I load inventor it is creating a "My Documents\Inventor\Content Center Files\R11" on a network personal drive. I've checked and rechecked the application settings for the save locations for where Content Center should be saving things and everything points to the locations on my PC where things should be going. I've also gone into each item in Application Settings to make sure that they are correct. Still when I try to pull parts from Content Center it is creating the folder and saving the items in the network drive. Anyone have any ideas to what I may be missing. My only thought is that I will have to try a software repair and possibly a full reinstall if nothing else works. I cannot change the network drive as they are tied to my corporate logins.

Check your active project file and expand the folder option section.. Under the CC section does it state DEFAULT or have the path that you indicated?

Under the folder options it says default. When I edit it to see the actual location it has "C:\Users\koomlbj\Documents\Inventor\Content Center Files\R2016\" as the path. All of the paths in Application Settings have been verified to be the correct location string as well.

So after my previous reply I went into the folder path and hit edit. The correct location instantly came up. Without editing the location or making changes I exited. The folder changed from "Default" to "C:\Users\koomlbj\Documents\Inventor\Content Center Files\R2016\". Both of these should be the exact same path. Although this time after a restart of the software it did not create the folder and is saving the files in the proper location on my PC
