I tried to download Inventor and it wont open. i have a whole lot of "short cuts" but they dont do anything. when i try to install Inventor there is a red circle and it says that Inventor is already installed. please help.

You have not supplied sufficient information.

1. Are you downloading from the Autodesk Virtual Agent? (and not ~~Install Now~~)

Q. Can you attach screen capture image of the downloaded install files.

2. Did you temporarily disable Anti-virus and UAC?

Lets start with:

What version of Inventor?

What version of windows?

Did you install of the updates for said version?
