A bit of a work around but once done it's done.

There are two grips on the hole note leader, bend corner and end that you can attach the FCF leader to.

Change Styles and Standards FCF Leader style to Alternate (or create a new style)

Edit the Alternate Leader style color to White and Arrowhead to None.

The FCF will print without a leader visible but you can still see (and use) it when working with the drawing.

Maybe could be an Ilogic or Sketch symbol that's populated ..which would be more work ...

You sure are good at finding things Solidworks does better than Inventor..

SWx has been able to do this for years now..

Wonder how much it works the other way around too.. aka stuff that Inventor does better..

There are quite a few things I've seen SWx do that I've said.. Well chalk up the easy win for SWx on that one..

Not sure I want to know.. Ignorance is bliss..

The GD&T in Inventor can use some help.
The feature control frames are way too long (too much dead space)
Attaching Datums to a feature control frame is a cumbersome process
Regardless of Feature size no longer has a symbol (always implied)
I can't figure out what the "Datum Identifier" field is for? (I think this might be left over from pre 1994 standard)
Can't do two-single segment feature control frames?
