Its not..

First feature is centered on the center point.

Its goofy.. Maybe because its a plane over an already existing plane..

I prefer work plane because it is fixed to the model, in case I move the model it move with it. Conventional planes (Having X, Y, and Z as axis) are fixed to the work space. In case I move the model plane will not move.

Why using workplanes, unless you need it !!! you are only turning the files heavier...

And why you must have it visivel? i'ts only more dificult to view properlly the work...

Always (as you can, use the origin planes axis and center point), ...why? because they will be always there and fixed.

Nevertheless, the plane is deslocated most probably becaouse you doest draw the sketch centered with center point. The work planes "always" adapt to cover the solid created.

Sorry, didnt saw it...

first, always constrain your sketches: below rigth you will be informed how many degrees of freedom you have to constrain.

You can constrain sketches with dimentions and geometrical constrains. Most of times, you dont need to have construction lines, a horizontal or vertical relantionship between points will do the trick. Create constrains until your sketch become Fully Constrain.

second, as you can, use the origin planes, the part will be lighter.

third, construt work features only when you can't use origin planes. Check the part, you will have all this corrected.
