      <description>&lt;P&gt;Two suggestions to greatly simplify your model (Inventor 2022, which you should always state in your first post):&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Extrude as a solid first, Shell later after you've done the dimples&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Create the dimples on one end as the second operation, then Mirror to the opposite end before Bending and Shelling, adding holes last&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I don't have time now to re-create your model that way, but it should work pretty nicely.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi! Another approach is to make the Loft as a separate solid body. You may derive it into another part. Or you may pattern the body to create more bodies. Then use Move Bodies command or Direct Edit -&amp;gt; Bodies -&amp;gt; Move to relocate the body to the desirable location. Use Combine feature to join it to the main body.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Here's my attempt using the suggestions I made earlier.&amp;nbsp; I tried to make the dimple a bit simpler by just a revolve with fillet.&amp;nbsp; The attached file is 2022 format.&lt;/P&gt;
