Disable Dimension Snap to Endpoint of Centerline Annotation

Is there a way to disable the dimension tool from snapping to a centerline endpoint?

I can't think of a scenerio when you would want this. Why is this even an option?

I'm adding a lot of centerline to centerline angle dimensions and I keep grabbing enpoints by mistake.

I'm more interested in disabling this funcionality for just annotations though.

I don't understand how dimensionsing to the endpoint of a center line would ever we useful.
