Contour Flange dimensions

Hi I'm trying to create a simple sheet metal shape. Whenever I draw my sketch and then Contour Flange, I get the shape but my dimensions are inside only. So my outer dimensions are what I put in plus the thickness. Is there a way to make my sketched dimensions the outer limits of the contour flange?

You can flip the material side.

Attach your *.ipt file here (not on some third party site) if you can't figure it out.
