Just installed Inventor 2014 on Windows 10

Can't run. Have the error:

Inventor 2014 SP1 Update 7 should solve that.

I found this thread because my Windows 7 machine needs replacement.

So is your Inventor 2014 working in Windows 10?

Inventor 2014 is not supported under Windows 10 at all and although you could install all the latest updates for Inventor 2014 to kind of get it to work under Windows 10. Certain and recent Win (10) updates have caused certain things in theses old/legacy Inventor version not to work anymore.. Meaning I wouldn't suggest you upgrade to Win 10 if you continue to use Inventor 2014.

Thank you for your timely response.

I am 90% retired and can in no way justify the cost of upgrading my 2014
Inventor so, I guess I will have to get the old Windows 7 war horse patched
up.
