Hi! "SHF16 - Suporte para Eixo Ø16.ipt" is missing. Please attach it. It looks like Insert:26 is a redundant constraint. It may lead to incorrect DOF analysis. Please suppress it and Mate:1 will work correctly.

Go to Tools -> App Options -> Assembly -> check "Enable redundant relationship analysis." It will report redundant constraint from then on.

Many thanks!

I'm having problems assembling pillow blocks on linear axes, it always gives me a relationship conflict error. Follow my project below, if anyone can help me I would appreciate it!

Haven't check you files yet.

Make sure dimensions are accurate. Mate will complain even it's 0.000000001 different.

Did you model the pillow block? Or they're import?

Yes, the bearings are imported, but the center measurements are very accurate!

Hi! I took a quick look at this assembly. I think the constraint failure is due to slight deviated geometry.

The distance between two rods should be precisely 133.00mm. But if you turn on all decimal places, you will see there is slight deviation. As a result, the Mate constraint fails. Please check the slot sketch in Placa XY Direita.ipt. I believe the sketch isn't properly constrained and there is minor deviation from the desirable dimensions.

Many thanks!
