Geometry Colors

Hi, I'm new to Inventor and my color settings are still set to the defaults, in which unconstrained geometry is Green and constrained is Blue. I just realized that when i'm changing a parameter to a specific size, the geometry turns Grey. For example: I've set a parameter to 64mm. which has turned the sketch Blue being fully constrained. than i've changed the parameter to different sizes up & down, and it still stays Blue as long it's constrained, but somehow when i'm changing to parameter to 36mm. the geometry turns Grey... Can anyone explain me that??

Which Inventor Version do you use?

Ok, first guess is that the width should not be smaller than 2 times the thickness... but only guessing. I need the dataset. Can you upload it?

This is exactly what i tried to do, but somehow it doesn't show up... i'll try once again... I did as follows: 1) Choose a file 2) Click on 'Add Attachment' am i doing right???
