AutoDesk Inventor Professional 2017 Glitching

Can somebody please help me on the following:

I recently downloaded AutoDesk Inventor Professional 2017. I've used the software before on another computer and found it very easy to use. However, when I downloaded it onto my laptop it installed fine and starts fine (can be a little slow at times) but when I click on anything like Part, Assemble or anything within that same sub-window, it brings me to the usual stage where you can start your sketch.

Once I'm at this stage of creating a new part or assembly the screen flickers/glitches every time I drag the mouse across the screen. It's almost as if the screen is constantly refreshing. It's quite infuriating and even when I try and start a sketch and select a plane to sketch in the plane doesn't re-orientate itself so that your looking at it head on - like I thought it should. I've attached a video to show what exactly is happening.

Any help would be much appreciated.

What laptop are you using?

What GPU does it have, and are the drivers up to date?

Try and run some tests using "Software Graphics" located in "Application options / Hardware"

Restart Inventor after making the change.

Your hardware might not be the strongest for Inventor, try set the Graphics to "Performance or Conservative" (That's if the Software option works)
