Why does this application option NOT work in the 2023 release?

Every time I fix a constraint and there is another sick one, I get this pop-up. This is severely irritating when there are many to fix. In our 2015 release this was not a problem.

Hi! I could be wrong but I don't think that option controls failed constraints. The failed constraints are being solved dynamically. So every time the failed constraints are still solved along with the newly or edited constraints. Some constraints may be resolved because of the newly added/edited constraint. They are not considered "old" errors.

I suggest you either delete those failed constraints or fix up. Keeping them in failed state may slow down the overall assembly performance.

The tick box is supposed to stop you being reminded of existing sick constraints but the prompt will appear if the one you just created is sick cause it's new not existing. This issue has been around since 2016 but doesn't occur with all installations. I've used releases of inventor with no problem whilst my colleagues with same software have the problem. I'm currently on 2024 and being annoyed on an almost daily basis of existing issues. If I'm experimenting with assemblies or in fact working through a list of sick constraints I don't need to be reminded every time I repair one that there are more in the list.

I had a call from an Autodesk representative in Singapore in March last year who told me the developement team were on it since January 2023 then sent me the below:

"This seems to be a defect change and here is the article which explains that the development team is working on this query and trying to find the root cause and provide a solution or workaround.
Going further all the updates will be provided using the above article.
With the development team taking ownership of the active issue, the Technical Support case will be marked as Closed."
