Having trouble getting the spacing equal between Extrusion 3 & Circular Pattern 3 as well as rectangle Pattern 1.

What technique/method/equations do you use to get the distance equal?

Would you use Circular Pattern or Rectangle Pattern for the 20 units ?

I think you made an error in logic.

Place Sketch2 and 3 in exactly the same location.

Extrude Sketch3 and Pattern by ALL (minor and major) divisions.

Extrude Sketch2 (it will be overtop of previous extrude in first position).

Pattern this extrude by the Major divisions.

I am not sure i follow. Could you demonstrate on the logic for the First segments and i can then review and continue on with the rest of the patterns

I just noticed that you have 3 division sizes, but the idea is the same.

Minor divisions in ALL places.

Next size in start position and pattern.

All sizes start from same start position.

File to follow in few minutes.

Edit: I found other things I would do differently as well... ...this will take a few more minutes to correct.
