Bug report: Failure to click and hold to make arc perpendicular

Hey guys

I'm fairly certain this isn't working as intended. This has been a problem since Inventor 2015, at least (not sure about versions prior).

I'm currently drawing something that has to have two features that fit into a slot in another plate.

I'm drawing the lines they contain, and to make space for the laser cutter, I'm making arcs as clearance.

Now, when you have a straight line, and you click+hold, you can make an arc, either tangent or perpendicular - That is no problem.

But. When you create an arc -> line -> arc, you don't get the perpendicular option. See attached image.

The first one was possible, but as you can see, I can not make it on the second one.

Yes, I am certain I'm not attempting to do this on an arc, as I've seen this every time I've made these features for the past three years.

The same happens in this case where I have some projected geometry and I make a line parallel to that (from the same point).

Doesn't matter whether I stop the line before the end of the projected geometry or after.
