&lt;P&gt;This is the reason this model is failing. If I had the time I might run it through "Simulation Mechanial" or though a "Nastran" solver but I doubt if even one of those would even make it though that muddle of a mesh.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;The biggest killer in FEA is "Sharp" points/edges, this causes very fine and small meshes. Even it you did manage to get a mesh, it would take forever to run due to the file size. The file size alone would choke any desktop system.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I've been doing FEA since 1994 and know the difference between upload the requested file and posting a picture of a different model.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to do a pressure test on this bear:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:150431" target="_blank"&gt;http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:150431&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I made the material aluminum, had on fixed face on the bottom, and applied 1MPa of pressure on top and I keep getting the error:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"Mesh failed: Body failure: Part 3"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you really understand what you are trying to do in Inventor. Pressure is a surface load, that you would find inside a balloon or tire. This load is perpendicular to the surface and "normally" requires a closed body.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Or do you mean "Force"?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please attach your model as well as indicate which version of Inventor you are using.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;But when I apply the same pressure to a part that was created in inventor it will work (See file)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And when I apply a force (N) , I get the same error&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you refuse to post the file that is giving you the problem and the version of Inventor that you are using and keep posting PNG files, no one on the forum will help you as you refuse to follow instructions.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It looks like you have a wire frame mesh with your teddy bear while the fork bracket is a solid item. Secondly, use the correct terms, pressure&amp;nbsp;and force are two completely different loads.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can't mesh a wire-frame or surface item, if you would have posted the file as instructed, this could have solved by now but with the file to look we still don't know if it's a mesh/wire frame model that can't be meshed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I though that the ink provided would suffice as the file, But I attached the on I'm working on now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-I opened it in Meshmixer to reduce the mesh so that it would run easier in inventor&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-I imported it into inventor &amp;nbsp;and converted it to a solid using&amp;nbsp;mesh enabler&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Attempted to run a stress analysis and got the error--&amp;nbsp;Mesh failed: Body failure:&amp;nbsp;Bear&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now, I have done this with other STL files in the past (with a wire mesh), but never with something with the complex geometry.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regardless if I use Pressure of Force, the analysis should run. I assure you that I understand the difference between the two.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am using inventor 2017.3&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2017 (Build 210142000, 142)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
