Hi,

I can't get the simulation right, I think I'm doing something wrong with the contacts but I can't find out what. Can someone help me please?

Welcome to the community..

Images are not really helpful.. We have no clue what loads you have applied and what your sim settings are.

In addition your provided a step file and that doesn't help either.

Please provide the file with your settings.

Hi! I guess you are trying to simulate a force pushing the roller on a rail from the side. Two things to consider: 1) You may want to fix or ground the roller. The system may not be stable with only a side force. 2) Try to simplify the wheels faces and the rail faces. I bet there are smaller round faces which can make the contact necessarily complicated.
