How to mirror an STL file in inventor 2016 Pro

I did not create the file but I need to mirror the STL to 3D print a matching set. Please help, I've tried using mesh enabler to covert it to a solid but it didn't work for me.

Will that give you a valid print envelope?

I was just experimenting in MeshMixer to try to improve the model.

Hi! Inventor generally lacks the ability to manipulate mesh objects. It can use it as a reference to create other geometry or drawing views but the ability to change mesh objects is limited to color or visibility. There is a free powerful mesh editing tool called Autodesk MeshMixer.
