I don't know how to set the thread size

The first picture has Thread 1: NominalDiameter, but if I want to set it up in the second picture, I can't set it up because there are no spaces to choose from. How do I set it up?

Do you need the parameter in order to set the size? Do you have access to this part before it was published to content center? If so can you open the part and highlight what is required.

I tried it, but it didn't work out.

I also tried to register a new one several times, but the Nominal Size in the image was applied well, but the thread in the model tab did not keep up well

The values on the Excel sheet shown in the picture below only correct the registration value, but the thread value of the model is not changed. Do you know how to connect the two?

Hi @KT_Park

The first picture you show authoring of a single part but you are hard coding the ND into the authoring. This will only allow one ND to be used. For this to work in content center the part needs to be an ipart and add the ND and thread designation etc to the ipart factory table. When you author the part you select the ND parameter. Once your happy that your ipart changes the thread size correctly you selecting each member then publish the part to content center.

Maybe this will help.

If you want any iproperty, parameter to change per member it needs to be added to the ipart table. When the ipart gets published to the Content center you can adjust what is seen by the user when selecting the part in the dialogue by setting the specific column as a key column.

Oh, in the modeling I made and registered with ipart, a table was made as shown in the picture above, but after registering this, the table disappeared when I downloaded it from the content center and made it again

I see, what your seeing here is the ipart factory file.

You can use the factory file in Tube and Pipe but you cannot change the member if it is a library location. Tube and Pipe does not support members generated from an ipart when saved in a library location. Instead you must publish to Content Center. When you publish and place the member it is placed without a table. To change the size you must place from content center again or use change size. The table information is now stored in the Content center and you have a different functioning ipart. All changes to the part must be done through the content center table.
