I'm getting AutoCAD and Inventor License server issues today ... quite a few

Hi Michael,

Are you sending in the crash reports? If so, please let me know what email address you are entering into the reports so that I can locate them in the database.

Have you applied the hotfix which was made available after the last episode?

Both have the Hotfix and neither get an option for a CER

and I had them time the crash ...their reply approx. 20 minutes

Is Inventor starting and then crashing or simply not starting at all? Is there any dialog or indication prior to going down? Are you able to start the product and work for 20 min before it disappears? Sorry for all the questions. Members of our Licensing team are engaging as we speak to understand and fix the problem.

Same issue here, both 2018 systems are crashing exactly like they did before. No option to send crash reports, just crashing inventor.

It's the same issue as before ...

and AutoCAD is affected.

20 minutes it crashes. Restart it for another session ..20 minutes later it crashes. We had this issue a few weeks ago

We've been told this is resolved now. This was a repeat of the license service outage that we saw previously. There are internal discussions ongoing to ensure this is not a problem again. Please let us know if you are still experiencing the issue.
