    <description>&lt;P&gt;The IAM file is a database of which IPT files are required and it contains their position and constraints.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;That being said, I would probably constrain the shaft using it's&amp;nbsp;Axis to get the correct angle and then constrain the Point to the plate surface unless you require the shaft to pivot around the point. This will still leave the shaft to pivot around the Work Point while maintaining the angle. It will still have a couple degrees of freedom that would require additional constraints.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I am trying to use a&amp;nbsp;tangent point (not the center point) of a circle as a pivot point (marked image) to constraint the component at 15° angle in assembly. I have tried to do it with Angle Constraint, Explicit Reference Vector commands, however it used the center point as the pivot point.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;I don't see a Work Point placed on your PC CSK rattan screw. You would need to have the Work Point on your IPT file part. It looks like you placed the work point in the IAM file.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
