&lt;P&gt;It looks like a simple contour flange with a cut for the tank circle taken out of it..&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Should be very simple..&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you let us know the version of Inventor you are using someone can provide a simple part for you to copy..&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi dilivio,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;See the attached Inventor 2015 file, for an example of one method of doing this.&amp;nbsp;Note that you can suppress the feature called Split2 if the fender is meant to be more fully wrapped around as one piece.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
