Self erasing revision table

Does anyone else have an issue in 2018 that when you edit a box in the revision table, it deletes everything in the box even if you want to just add to it. The moment I type a letter or number in a column, it deletes the current text in the box.

I have 2018.2 i don't have that problem, all my users have 2018.1 have the problem, so I believe it's solved in 2018.2.

@Anonymous You are correct, it was fixed in General Update Content 2018.1.1
