Copy design properties using design assistant issues

I have a current project with dwg files and the title blocks are incorrect. I have set up a new title block with custom fields which I now need to replace with the old one. I am using design assistant to copy custom properties from the updated template to the existing files. This worked well on a hand full of the drawings but for some reason it does not see a good portion of the drawings. Has anyone experienced this before?

It looks like you are working on files managed by Vault. If so, did you check out all the drawings that you want to modify?

Thanks for the response. I did have the files checked out of Vault but still could not see the files. I managed to figure out the best approach to copy properties from one file to the other.

Open the file that you want to copy the custom properties too, If you are using Vault make sure that the parent and child parts are checked out.
Open the file that has the updated custom properties you want to copy and save this in the same location as the file opened in point 1.
In Inventor select the application menu / Manage / Design Assistant.
In Design Assistant select Tools / Copy Design Properties.
Select All Open FIles.
All open files are now indicated in the Copy To window. You can now select the file you want to have the custom properties copied too.
