Document Tabs Have Disappeared and My Home not working after latest update

I updated my Inventor 2018 with the latest updates through the Desktop App and the document tabs for switching between files have disappeared and none of the buttons in the My Home ribbon do anything. Anyone had a similar issue and what fixed it?

I've attached a screenshot of what Inventor looks like on open (typically would have had the home screen here but it has disappeared) and when I have multiple files open (no tabs along the bottom anymore).

Under the "View" tab, go here.

2 options:

1. Try going to View > User Interface

- Should be able to expose things here.

If that doesn't work:

2. Use the Inventor Reset Utility as found on your file system.

It's already checked under the view ribbon. I'll try the reset utility.
