Construction of a flyby office table

I want to design the following table in Inventor and analyse stress on it. Is this possible in Inventor ? with flyby table on it ?

Yes

but you will have to use Inventor Ultimate which has the stress analysis on it.

Inventor Premium doesn't have stress analysis

I have Autodesk inventor Professional 2017 version. Will it work ?

Yes, if you have Inventor professional, you will be abble to do statical stress analisys, modal analisys and Frame analisys (if you want to study the structure independent)
