Missing Lines from Section View

I am Cross Sectioning a Pipe Spool. The Section view does not show the Lines that represent the seams or junctions of the Joined Parts that are located behind the Plane of the Section Line. The 2 images attached represent the result I am having in Inventor and the other one is the desired result from the original Mark-up. I am having to redraw these because we don't have the original Inventor Files. Just PDFs of them.

Hi! The behavior looks geometry specific. I suspect the tube body may check bad. Could you attach the files here so forum experts can comment further?

I closed all of the files and Started a new drawing. The Section view worked this time.
