Inventor Tube & Pipe basic tutorial

I am looking for a good basic tutorial on the Tube & Pipe environment for Inventor. I am hoping I can get pointed in the right direction by folks here in the forum.

I have been using Inventor Pro for a few years now, but I am just not needing to use the Tube & Pipe feature. So if any of you have a recommendation I am all ears.
