      <title>Construction  not working.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I try to construct two pipe for welding. Inventor 2015.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried different way, didn't work.. Any idea? Here is the picture . &lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

I describe exactly how to Author a branch fitting for this, if that's what this is.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
