I don't see a Sketch109 in the file that you attached.

I don't have any real suggestion other than, I very seldom use Projected Loop.

You have done an overall good job - but I suspect that the design could be done with far fewer than 109 sketches and I see parts that I would expect to have clearances between the parts (in the real world we cannot manufacture perfect geometry). I make it a practice to design in realistic clearances as I go - not wait to the end and assume I will be able to get everything. (And yes, I am understanding that the plastic injection will fill the mold cavity - it is the assembly or motion between mold components that I would be concerned about.)

Also, you should probably install the latest Updates for your version of Inventor.

Hi Friends i have got this error many times while i can't understand the cause ... Attached is my design . See the last sketch (sketch 109) .Thank You in advance.

Hi! I think you meant Sketch106, not 109. The part actually is in failed state. If you do Rebuild All, you will see a lot of the features fail to compute. You may need to repair the features. The behavior does not look right to me. Do you know when the feature started to fail?

Many thanks!

Thank you for responding... I am using inventor hsm 2017 student version I
have no failed features at the time except the failed projected loop at the
last sketch ...this problem happened several times in different
Stages of my design ... Is it a bug or did I something wrong that caused
this?
This is a mold ... The parts you see are designed to fit with interference
under high pressure to avoid plastic flashing out of the mold while
injection ... We will need some clearances at the ejection system which I
am still developing.

Hi! I think this is a bug. I don't think you did anything wrong. But, I don't know how to reproduce the state either.

Many thanks!
