How to get stress analysis - Inventor Pro 2017

Hello, we're a high school with numerous labs running Inventor Pro 2017.

We don't see stress analysis as an option and from what I read in the forums, we may need a different version. What exactly do we need (network domain environment) to download and install to run stress analysis. I'm thinking it came with 2016 because we didn't have this problem last year.

Schools have Inventor Professional - but I am wondering if it could have been installed as Inventor standard - can you post screen shot of Help>About Inventor to verify that it is Inventor Professional.

Assuming that it is Professional - I would then suggest running the Inventor Reset Utility and then Install all Updates for 2017.

(And I assume that you know you could install 2018 for free.)

You are just showing a image of the add-in manager where FEA stuff is there and you have Inventor Pro 2017 (which has it)..

So when you start a part or assembly and go into the Environment tab you're not seeing this information?

If you replied by email with an attachment of your help about, nothing came through. Do not use your email as a method to reply. You need to come back to the forum and use the photo tool. Anyhow your original image shows that you have Inventor Pro.. Is listed right at the top of your image..
