File, file, where is the file?

2016 professional, I Paste Special an Excel file into my .idw. I delete the original excel file, then double clip the embedded excel file to edit, it opens and all works very well, but where is this embedded file then stored?

Usually its located in your personal temp (%temp%) folder and its called some odd name..

So, forever embedded into the idw file.

an embedded file is embedded in the file

It can be removed/deleted from the file if you want..
