Having trouble constraining

I modeled a train and a train track, and I'm trying to constrain the wheels of the train to the grooves of the track, but I'm having trouble figuring how to do so. I want to constrain it in a way where the wheels don't clip into the track, but I can't simply select the bottom of the wheels and the bottom of the grooves because of the curve of the wheels. I will have the assembly file as an attachment.

An assembly must include parts. *.ipt files

To expand on what they just said ^^^

An IAM file just links to the ipt files on your computer and does not include them in itself..

So when you want to share an assembly with someone you need to zip up all the ipt files as well as the iam file..

You can also do a "file..save as..packandgo which will collect all the files and can put them into a zip folder for you..

Also as this is for Project Lead the Way did you ask your teacher for help..

I'm pretty sure the "lead the way" part is for them to help and "lead the way" for you to follow..

Don't be afraid to ask your teacher for help.. Thats their job.. Its what they get paid to do and quite frankly many of them actually enjoy helping students with questions..
