&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;These problems are only warning messages for you. "&lt;SPAN&gt;some faces haven't been split at their silhouette" means the parting line/surface may not on the silhouette curve of this part. You&amp;nbsp;MAY need to modify the parting line/surface based on your design purpose. "Undercut Faces" has the similar situation, it means some of the part cannot pull out normally. However, if you want to design some inserts in these areas, you can ignore these warning messages. If not, you can use draft to analyse the part to get more detailed problematic areas.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
